Christine Passaretti, M.ED, BCBA has been providing ABA services to children on the autism spectrum since 1995. She received her Bachelor's Degree in Child Development and Psychology from Vanderbilt University, and then went on to receive her Master's Degree in Early Childhood Special Education, also at Vanderbilt University. She has been a Board Certified Behavior Analyst since 2002. Since beginning her career in working with children with autism, she has assisted hundreds of children along the autism spectrum and their families. She has one child, Jack, and spends all of her free time with him.
Laura Stacey-McKane, M.ED, BCBA, received her undergraduate degree from Mary Washington College in 2003. She attended Vanderbilt University where she received her Master's Degree in Early Childhood Special Education, and continued on to pursue her certification. She earned her BCBA in 2006. She has been working with children with autism since 2002 and has been a therapist/ consultant at MASC since October of 2006. She lives in Portsmouth with her husband, Joe, son Liam, and her dog, Tango.
Michele Rivett joined M.A.S.C. with over ten years experience in Office Administration and Human Resources. She is a graduate of Morrisville State College. She moved to Chesapeake with her husband and two children in 2007 from Syracuse, New York. Michele spends most of her free time at the beach with her family.
Kate Larson, M.A, BCBA received her BA in Psychology at Southern Connecticut University in 2004. Soon after graduating, Kate began working for the Connecticut Center for Child Development where she worked as an Instructional Assistant with children and adolescents with autism for two years. Kate then moved on to the University of Hartford where she earned her MA In Clinical Psychology in May, 2008. During graduate school, Kate also worked as an in-home habilitation counselor for an adolescent with autism. When she is not at work, Kate spends her free time cuddling with her many pets or out swing dancing. .

Rachel Conner, M.S. Ed., NCC, BCBA received a B.A. in psychology from Bethany College in 2007. She graduated in 2010 from Old Dominion University’s Master’s of Counseling program, and completed the coursework from the University of Massachusetts to attain a BCBA certification. Rachel has worked with children on the autism spectrum since 2004. She is a Nationally Certified Counselor and Board Certified Behavior Analyst. In her spare time, Rachel enjoys running, hiking and going to the beach with her dog, Kilgore.
Lilian Jimenez began providing ABA services in 2005 with Lovaas Early Intervention Institute in California. Lilian recently moved to Virginia Beach with her husband Ivan, son Travis, sister Silvia, and their two dogs, Chewy, and Hunter. In her spare time, Lily is working toward her Bachelor's degree in pyschology and enjoys reading, playing with her son and going to the beach.
Bonnie Bender graduated from California State University East Bay in 2007 with a B.A. in Sociology. She has worked with special needs children for the last three years through respite programs in both California and Virginia. In her free time, Bonnie enjoys camping and traveling with her family.
Esther Martin graduated with her B.S. from University of Central Oklahoma. She is currently pursuing her Master’s degree in Special Education and is looking forward to obtaining her BCBA in the near future. She lives in Smithfield and in her spare time enjoys spending time with her two sons, Oliver and Jakob.
Ashley earned her Bachelor’s in Psychology from Sonoma State University. She has worked with children with Autism and other developmental disabilities since 2004, and wishes to complete her MA in Applied Behavior Analysis or Special Education. In her free time Ashley enjoys spending time with her family and friends, watching movies, trying new foods, or enjoying the breeze on her patio.

LaToya studied psychology at Meredith College where her love for Autism began. She has worked with individuals with autism for 7 years and hopes to obtain certification in the future. Her spare time is spent with her husband, Peter, and their 2 year old son, Matthias!
